Ms. Miniscalco focuses her practice on family law matters, including divorce, property division, custody, support, enforcement of marital agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, name changes, and estate planning. She is focused on assisting her clients through any legal issue and is committed to representing her clients’ needs. She prides herself on negotiating amicable resolutions when possible and litigating matters through trial when necessary.
Ms. Miniscalco is an active member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Souderton Telford Rotary Club. She volunteers as a Montgomery Child Advocacy Project (MCAP) pro bono attorney for children in Montgomery County, and also serves as an arbitrator for the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. For 2021, Kirsten was awarded the SuperLawyers Rising Star Designation, which is reserved for 2.5% of eligible attorneys in Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Winter Duffy Law, Ms. Miniscalco practiced at a local law firm, where she focused on family law, social security disability, and general civil litigation. Before following her dream of becoming an attorney, Ms. Miniscalco volunteered with the United States Peace Corps in the Kingdom of Tonga, assisting the youth and communities by teaching about sustainable fishing practices and business skills.
In addition to her passion for the law, Ms. Miniscalco enjoys going on adventures with her husband and two children.
